Participants in this course must have completed the 200-hour foundational certification program provided by any Registered Yoga School (RYS) affiliated with Yoga Alliance. The 200-hour yoga teacher training curriculum for this course expands on the knowledge that students get from the Ashtanga Vinyasa course module. Advanced hatha techniques and the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga foundational series are taught over the four weeks of training.
