Hi all! I took off out of last week on Frontier Airlines MIA Terminal and was struck by how easy the whole operation was. Signage was great at Airlines, and finding my gate wasn't any trouble at all. Frontier employees on the desk were speedy and respectful in responding to my inquiries. Security had no issues getting me through. Waiting area was crowded but tidy, and there was a good snack option in the vicinity. Boarding was a little disorganized, but that's to be expected. Overall, it was better than I expected from a low-cost airline. Would fly Frontier again in a heartbeat.
